IMPORTANT COLOUR SERVICE UPDATE – From June 2026 we are delighted to announce that we have moved to Wella Professional Colour. As part of this change, all clients – both existing and new – will be required to have a new allergy skin test at least 48 hours before any colour service. This is essential to ensure your safety and is a necessary requirement before your colour service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Whichever service you need, we start by assessing your hair – with you – and discuss any possible style changes. This includes analysis of your hair and scalp, assessment of your hair texture, density, face shape and your lifestyle. Followed by how to care for your hair at home. All our team are extensively trained in-house; we can guarantee excellent results from every stylist.
Together we will create a plan to achieve hair that YOU have always wanted.
Student and NHS Discount at 10% (Please note discounts are not applicable on colour appointments). Monday-Thursdays with New Talent, Stylist, Senior Stylist’s only.
We require a deposit of 50% for all new clients booking any service and for clients who have previously no-showed to appointments or cancelled appointments within 24 hours of a scheduled booking.
The salon operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to this time frame the deposit is transferable.
If you fail to give us the minimum 24 hours notice we will take the deposit as a loss for our stylist’s time, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule an alternative booking.
