Cancellation Policy
The salon operates a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
We require a deposit of 50% for all online bookings, all new clients and for clients that have previously no-showed to appointments or cancelled appointments within 24 hours. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to this time frame the deposit is transferable.
If you fail to give us the minimum 24 hours notice we will take the deposit to cover the stylist’s time. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Colour Questions
We always hope you will love the work our Colour Technicians create, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, do let us know as sometimes a ‘tweak’ may be necessary. If you ever feel in need of ‘tweaking’ please contact us within 2 weeks of your original colour booking.
